On 5th May, in The Union Of Museums – Zakaria Paliashvili Memorial House-Museum was held the meeting with Zakaria Paliashvili`s works interpreter, singer Imeri Kavsadze. He is operatic singer, lyric tenor. He graduated “Talented Ten-Years School” in 1955. His debut was when he played Alfredo from Giuseppe Verdi`s opera “La Traviata”, in Georgian National Opera and Ballet Theater (named in honor of Zakaria Paliashvili) (1961). Imeri Kavsadze was leading soloist Opera and Ballet Theater (named in honor of Alexander Pushkin) (1964). From 1991 he was leading soloist “Krakow Opera and Ballet Theater” in Poland, where he had his debut by playing Ismaele from Giuseppe Verdi`s opera “Nabucco”. He is awarded International Prize “Foyer Des Artistes” Golden medal.
On the event which was hold in The Union Of Museums – Zakaria Paliashvili Memorial House-Museum was showed records of different arias performed by Imeri Kavsadze and also his creative life (53 years on the stage, 60 parts) visual materials. At the end of the event singers Eldar Getsadze and Anzor Khidasheli sung aria from Zakaria Paliashvili Opera “Abesalom And Eteri”.
